Dr. Robert L. Wright, Jr. Named Benefactor of the Year

December 15, 2008 - Former Columbus City Councilman, successful businessman and philanthropist, Dr. Robert L. Wright, Jr., will be presented with a special award during a 12:00 noon Columbus Technical College Foundation Board meeting/luncheon this Thursday, December 18, 2008 in the Patrick Hall Student Center at the college. The media is welcome to attend.

Funding Recommended by Governor

January 11, 2007 - Columbus Technical College received some good news late Wednesday afternoon. Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue announced that as part of his proposed budget, he is following the lead of the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education (DTAE) in recommending that state funding to construct a new Health Sciences building for Columbus Technical College be approved.
